Done! is an automated car wash designed for the demands of today’s fast-paced world, where time is the most valuable resource. We created a brand identity that transforms a daily hassle into a positive experience, centering on the mission to help people reclaim their time for what truly matters.
challenge
The traditional car wash is often defined by lost time: long queues, wasted water, and unnecessary delays that take away from moments better spent with loved ones or hobbies. Our challenge was to position “Done!” not merely as a cleaning service, but as a lifestyle solution. We needed a brand identity that turned a boring chore into an effortless ritual, proving that a clean car doesn’t have to come at the cost of your schedule or the environment. And it needed the flexibility to grow - expanding beyond the car wash into services like takeaway coffee and other quick conveniences.

Done! revolves around a simple but powerful idea: time is precious, and the brand's mission is to give it back. This concept shaped every part of the visual identity. We selected a high-energy palette of electric blue and bright yellow to signal speed, freshness, and optimism. The logo features a bold, lowercase font paired with a prominent exclamation mark, instantly communicating that the job is done and the customer is ready to go. To bring vitality to everything from signage to on-site directions, we used hand-drawn illustrations, geometric forms, and bright colors. The hand-drawn elements and characters became a key part of the social media kit, adding a story-like feel that made the brand more engaging and memorable across platforms. A key element is the standalone icon, which cleverly fuses the letter “d” with an exclamation mark. This modern look extends to the food packaging, too. We designed colorful, illustrated boxes for the menu, including a custom “Kid's Meal” box featuring car characters, ensuring an enjoyable experience from the wash tunnel to the snack counter. The result is a brand that feels accessible and essential: “Done! Car wash for everyone,” from small cars to buses, allowing customers to leave the worry behind and get back to living.
The exclamation mark becomes the brand - a signal that everything is handled.
