Vantastic, a producer of high-quality vegan products, required a new brand identity that could fully express its core philosophy. The result is an emotionally resonant identity that creates an instant, heartfelt connection with consumers.
challenge
The task was to translate abstract values - care, love and a strong connection to nature - into a tangible visual language. In a competitive market, the identity needed to capture attention and communicate the brand’s all-natural, wholesome promise in a way that felt authentic and engaging. The design had to be unique, memorable, and flexible enough to span a growing range of products.
solution
We created characters with heart-shaped hands, gently holding delicious vegan dishes. This gesture is not only a symbol of care but also cleverly forms the letter ‘V’ for Vantastic, making the brand name itself an act of love. This became the central storytelling device for the entire identity. This core idea was developed into a versatile design system. The characters adapt across the product portfolio, with unique expressions, cultural motifs, and color palettes that tell the story of each specific cuisine - from an Italian Nonna to a Japanese-inspired figure.
To reinforce the brand’s commitment to natural ingredients, we introduced a key brand icon: the ladybug, known for its role in keeping plants healthy and clean. Often found resting on a character's shoulder, this charming detail acts as a symbol of purity and has become a beloved and recognizable brand element.
